Child Safety Standards

Pretzel Rated is operated by Ignacio Juarez. These Child Safety Standards apply to Pretzel Rated's mobile application, website, user profiles, reviews, comments, lists, messages, and related services (the "Service").

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Pretzel Rated prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users may not upload, share, request, solicit, promote, facilitate, or distribute content or behavior that exploits, abuses, sexualizes, or endangers minors.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Pretzel Rated to engage in or promote:

• Child grooming or predatory interaction with minors
• Sextortion, coercion, or blackmail involving a minor
• Sexualization of minors or content depicting child sexual abuse
• Trafficking, solicitation, or commercial sexual exploitation of a child
• Uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
• Any other content or behavior that endangers a minor

3. Enforcement and Reporting to Authorities

Pretzel Rated complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. After obtaining actual knowledge of CSAE, CSAM, or related child safety violations, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and preserving relevant information.

We will report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities when required or appropriate by law.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users, reviewers, and other individuals can report child safety concerns involving Pretzel Rated at contact@pretzelrated.com.
