Delete your Pretzel Rated account

You can delete your Pretzel Rated account at any time, on iPhone, iPad or Android.

In the app

1. Open Pretzel Rated and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account Security.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

Email contact@pretzelrated.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We will confirm the request and delete the account.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile
• Your content: ratings, reviews, diary logs, lists and comments

What is kept, and for how long

• Your data is removed within 30 days; backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being purged
• Subscription records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws
• Analytics data is retained per PostHog's default retention policies

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pretzel Member subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. See the Privacy Policy for details.
