In the notes for each movie I decided to list my favorite scene of each one.
35 picks · Ranked list
D-Day.
“I could have done more”
The farewell: “I’ll…be…right…there”
The beginning with Sammy watching a movie for the first time and making his first homemade films afterwards.
The opening action scene.
The opening scene of Indy’s origin.
“Please tell me to stop” / “you can’t” and the whole conversation.
The scene where he’s on the cell underwater and the shark shows up and attacks him.
The ending.
The phone call scene. Oof. Also, the Marvel ending teasing a movie about Watergate was fucking hilarious.
The climax with Jon and Lamar.
That scene at Doc's. Ariana DeBose is a revelation.
Either Barry getting abducted or the entire last 20 minutes.
The oner of Margaret arriving at the news station up to her speaking alien in front of everyone.
Maybe the “climax”.
The first arrival of the Tripods.
The final scene, maybe.
When Dolores accepts Enrique’s proposal.
The one-shot motorcycle chase sequence.
The flashback sequence involving Peter and Tinker.
The first 10 minutes where Abel goes about his day until he gets found and captured. No Country For Old Men vibes for the best.
Either the opening or the Middle Passage.
The climax.
