Edit: On second watch, this was actually pretty good, went up a whole point from 7.1-8.1. I just picked up more nuanced things and instead of guessing where the movie was going, I paid more attention which increased this score. The pacing was so much quicker on rewatch too, not sure what happened but very solid movie! Wildly overhyped in my opinion. Maybe my expectations were too high but just didn't hit as hard as I was hoping. Snooze fest for the first 45 mins and bro could have got out that so much quicker, just drive away my dude. Ending felt like a cop out in a Romeo and Juliet type of way. There were some amazing shots but felt like a 35 minute YouTube that needed to me stretched for a feature length movie.
