An intriguing film noir with a talented cast and great cinematography. The mystery was there as well as the characters but the ending was lazy and abrupt. I still enjoyed it but was disappointed by the ending.

In 1960s New York, Walter Stackhouse is a rich, successful architect and unhappily married to the beautiful but damaged Clara.
