One Day

God. God oh my god oh my HEART. That was absolutely gut wrenching. Not just for how sad the ending is. But for how real and raw it all felt. I felt everything. I was actually living it. And i cried when they did and laughed when they threw silly corny jokes. I really do not regret postponing watching this at all.. I’ve discovered that certain pieces of media will just find you when its their time to find you, when its your time to feel them and experience them, when its your time for a rebirth.. This wasnt even about emma and dexter for me it was a genuinely heart wrenching story of life: a whirlwind of growth amidst continuous uncertainty.. and i think thats what makes it so different and better to the movie. Their love is the periphery of the story but you’re somehow immersed in everything but.. you actuallu get to know and be them.
