It didn't blow me away like I was expecting to in terms of the story but it is such a fresh take on a comic book movie and a bold direction for the DCU. The body horror elements were done well that it sits mighty fine on the October/Halloween watchlist. Tom Rhys Harris was excellent as Matt Hagen and I would love to see him go full Clayface battling Batman. We haven't seen anything like this in the "superhero" genre. It doesn't top Joker as a villain origin story but it's still a worthwhile watch.
