Jack plans a romantic evening for Phyllis. Later, when Phyllis returns from her meeting, she's floored to see Traci. Traci informs them that she plans on staying in Genoa City indefinitely. Carmine shows up at Lauren's and tells her he doesn't want things to stop between them. Lauren tells him that she wants her life and family back. Lily and Cane struggle to make time for each other in the midst of their heavy work schedules. Leslie and Tyler struggle with Gus' death. Tyler confesses that he worried that one way or another that he would lose his father again. While planning Gus's funeral, Leslie thinks about inviting Rose. When Fen tries to spend time with Summer, she tries to leave and he questions if she's meeting up with Kyle. Later at the gym, Fen confronts Kyle.

When Michael confronts Lauren, she asks if he could blame her if she was having an affair. After a heated discussion, Michael goes out for a drink and sees Carmine tending bar. Chelsea tells Chloe that she's going to come clean to Dylan, and tell him that he's not the baby's father. Dylan shows Chelsea the drawing of the cradle he wants to make for the baby. Sparks begin to fly between them, and they share an intense kiss. Kevin and Chloe try to agree that their stealing has to stop. Nick tells Avery that he wants things to be the way they were before Dylan came to town. Sharon shows up to Adam's in a sexy maids outfit and they passionately kiss. When she leaves, Adam calls Victor to tell him that he found the money to buy out the public investors.

Avery finds Dylan at the bar, and gives him back his dog tags. Nick is floored when he sees them there together. Phyllis overhears Traci tell Jack her concerns about their relationship. Phyllis uses work as an excuse to get out of their dinner plans. At On The Blvd, a suspicious Michael questions Carmine. Later, Michael puts the pieces together and goes home to confront Lauren. Leslie and Neil visit the police station to get updates on the burglary in Neil's apartment. Fen tells Lauren that he loves Summer but knows that she doesn't feel the same way. Lauren tells him to not give up on her. Meanwhile, Summer asks Kyle to take her to the senior prom.

Nick and Avery promise never to be apart again. Later, Jack tells Nick to stop blaming Kyle for Summer's behavior. Later, Phyllis Summer to forget about Kyle. Fen asks Summer to the prom, but she turns him down. Summer determines to get Kyle to go to the prom with her. Paul and Alex review the details about the break-in at Neil's. Later, Alex arrests Chloe after he finds her with a lock box full of jewelry at Crimson Lights. Kevin insists that Chloe is innocent. Lauren tells Carmine she'll do anything she can to get Michael back. Michael remains uncertain if he can forgive Lauren.

Dylan shows Chelsea a sketch of a warehouse he plans to live in and turn into a nursery for their baby. Victoria and Billy discuss their plans to have another child. Later, Victoria arranges to meet up with her P.I. to see if he's dug up any dirt on Adam. Victor questions where Adam is getting the money to buy back Newman Enterprises. Meanwhile, Billy joins an old friend for a poker game. Michael makes arrangements for Chloe's court hearing. Kevin decides that he has to confess in order to help Chloe. Tyler tells Leslie that he's not planning to go to his father's funeral in Milwaukee. Later, Tyler visits his mother's grave and breaks down.

Someone watches Lily, Cane, Tyler, Leslie, and Neil after Gus' funeral. Leslie remains determined to learn about Rose. Phyllis makes a strong effort to get along with Traci, but struggles as she watches the Abbott family bond. Avery tells Phyllis that she is taking things slow with Nick. Adam and Victor are at an impasse when it comes to trust. As Victor leaves, Sharon shows up, and Adam passionately kisses her. While playing poker at the GCAC, Billy gets a call from Victoria. He says he'll be home in time for their special night, but an emergency at the restaurant is going to delay him. When he gets home, Victoria questions Billy.

Michael cuts a work release deal for Kevin. Chloe wants to know how Kevin will make things up to her, and tells him that saying sorry won't cut it. Nick assures Avery that things are alright with them and that he's been distracted about Summer. Meanwhile, Courtney tells Summer to invite Fen to prom so that Nick won't suspect that she is planning something with Kyle. Victor tells Adam to cut Sharon out of his life. Meanwhile, Chelsea determines that Dylan is the father of her child and that no one will ever know the truth.

Phyllis tells Jack that they moved in together too quickly, and that she needs to move back into her place. When Fen comes by to pick Summer up for prom, she informs him that they're not going and that they have other plans. A fortune teller reveals to Kyle that love will find its way to him. Kyle receives an important text from Summer saying she's in trouble. Michael tells Kevin that Carmine in sleeping with Lauren. Kevin kicks Carmine out of Crimson Lights. On his way out, Carmine runs into Lauren.

When Phyllis arrives at the penthouse, she's stunned to see Fen and Kyle fighting at Summer's party. Nick, Michael, and Lauren all come by to pick up their kids. Kyle tells Nick that he needs to ease up on Summer. Later, Phyllis tries to get Nick to give Summer some breathing room. When she leaves, Nick makes an important phone call. Jack gets upset that Traci feels the need to protect him from Phyllis. Abby figures out that it was Michael that tried to choke Carmine. Abby relays this information to Alex, while Paul overhears. Sharon tells Dr. Watkins that she feels lost and lonely after having trusted Adam.

Summer invites Kyle to her photo shoot. Chelsea brings Dylan a tool box as a housewarming gift. Later, Dylan invites Chelsea to a carnival and they end up talking with a fortune teller. Avery tells Adam that he's crossing the line when he asks about her broken engagement to Nick and her feelings about Dylan. Later, Adam thinks back about the last time he was with Chelsea and questions the timing of her pregnancy. After they have an important meeting, Jill tells Cane that he's too nice to be CEO.

Adam makes an important call to Chelsea's doctor. Meanwhile, Dylan reminds Chelsea that he'll always love their baby. Later, Dylan confronts Adam. Leslie tells Tyler he has to stop focusing on Lily. Later, another one of Neil's journal entries goes up online. Kevin hacks into the website and finds out where the IP address is coming from. Victoria tells Victor that their family will never be united while Adam is still involved. Victoria soon realizes her father doesn't trust Adam any more than she does. Meanwhile, Adam wants Billy to convince Victoria to concentrate on having a baby. Chloe is frustrated at all the past due bills for Crimson Lights. She considers selling the shop.

When Jack asks Billy to take Traci off his hands, Billy says that he can't and that is focused on having another child with Victoria. While Victoria gets stuck meeting with Victor and Adam, Billy decides to meet up with an old friend for a game of cards. Victor tells Adam that he's sure that Victoria and him can find some common ground. When Phyllis returns to the penthouse, she is told that her water and power will be out for weeks. Jack visits and asks Phyllis about when she'll move back in with him. Lauren ignores a text from Carmine as she tells Michael that she can't believe how she screwed things up between them. Later, Fen comes home and shocks Michael and Lauren.

Victoria tells Chelsea that she knows her baby is Adam's, and that she's behind her wholeheartedly in keeping the truth from him. Later, Victoria asks Billy where he has been all night. Later, Chelsea visits Adam and tells him to stop calling her doctor. Dylan invites Avery over to the warehouse he bought. When he inquires about needing a lawyer, Avery agrees to help him. Michael and Lauren question who attacked Fen. Later, Michael confronts Carmine. Kyle picks up Summer for their date at On the Blvd. When Sharon visits Nick, he assures her that everything is fine with Avery. Later, they go to visit Cassie's grave and Nick reveals an important secret.

Billy tells Victoria that he doesn’t want to have a baby if she only sees it as a way to one-up Adam. Billy encourages Victoria to relax and try to focus on being happy away from Newman Enterprises. With the deal being closed for the Newman buy back, Victor asks Adam and Victoria to stop quarreling. When they can’t seem to reach an agreement, Victoria decides to leave the company. Chloe considers selling Crimson Lights to Dylan. When she fails to tell Kevin, he gets upset and demands answers. Phyllis tells Nick that the best way to get through to Summer is by telling her the truth about Cassie’s death. Phyllis believes that Summer needs to know how losing Cassie affected her friends and family. When Dylan runs into Billy at the gym, he tells him that he’s buying his own business and won’t be available to work at On the Blvd. When the fortune teller stops by Crimson Lights, she tells Chelsea that the father of her baby wants to be a part of it’s life. Meanwhile, Adam goes to the gym and finds Billy, Nick, and Dylan working out.

Anita is bothered that Chelsea refuses to tell Adam the truth about the baby and comments that his bank account is much larger than Dylan’s. Later, Anita realizes that Chelsea is falling for Dylan. Adam waits at the hospital while Dylan and Chelsea finish up with the doctor. When they leave, Adam approaches the doctor. Meanwhile, Dylan finds out that Chelsea and Billy have a child together. When Noah visits Sharon, he finds her looking at an old photo album as she reminisces about the past. Neil is disappointed to hear that Leslie wants to leave Jabot. When Neil asks Devin to take over her job, Devon reveals that he’s considering a job offer in London. Roxanne gets upset that Devon hasn’t included her in his decision.

While Jack and Phyllis enjoy an evening together, he tells her that he won’t press about her moving back in. When Traci apologizes to Phyllis, she is reluctant to believe her sincerity. Michael tells Paul that he wants to divorce Lauren, but he’s afraid of the repercussions it’ll have on Fen. Meanwhile, Carmine tries to slowly convince Fen that his parents should separate. Later, Phyllis confronts Carmine. When Traci tries to talk with Billy about his marriage to Victoria, Billy suspects that Traci might be running from problems of her own. Meanwhile, Nikki tells Victoria that she made the right decision to leave Newman Enterprises and she should focus on her happiness outside the company. Later, Adam confesses to Victor that he thinks Chelsea’s baby might be his.

Phyllis tells Nick that she hopes that being honest with Summer about the ripple effect caused by Cassie’s death will scare some sense into her. Michael tells Lauren he’ll have divorce papers drawn up. Lauren asks Michael to give her 30 days to try and make amends. When Cane tells Lily that he’s in Chicago, he secretly stays in town to plan a surprise party for her. Lily and Tyler have a drink at On the Blvd to toast the success of their campaign. Oliver stops by and tells them they’re crazy to end their partnership. Kevin tells Chloe that they don’t need to sell Crimson Lights and that he’ll find another way to make money. Meanwhile, Fen tells Carmine that he thinks his parents are hiding something from him.

Dylan meets up with Chloe to make the purchase of Crimson Lights official. Chloe gets upset at Kevin when he asks Dylan for an unreasonable amount of money for the business. Chloe rips into Kevin for not being someone that Delia will be able to look up to. Meanwhile, Alex gets frustrated at Kevin for skipping out on his community service. Lily apologizes to Cane for missing part of her surprise party and says she had no idea what he was planning since he told her he was out of town. At Adam’s penthouse, Avery accuses him of throwing her towards Dylan, so he can get Chelsea back. When she leaves, Chelsea comes by and gets angry with Adam for interfering in her life. Noah and Tyler agree to be roommates.

Phyllis and Nick grab dinner after talking with Summer. Later, Avery tells Nick about the baby she and Dylan lost. Adam brings Chelsea to the hospital, and refuses to leave her side. When Dylan arrives, he’s told that Chelsea is fine, and that it’s her high blood pressure that caused the dizziness. Chelsea tells Adam that he needs to leave her alone. While packing up Crimson Lights, Chloe tries to cheer up Kevin with all the good things she says will come from working with Chelsea. When Gloria and Michael have a drink at the GCAC, she is shocked to find out that he’s moving out because Lauren cheated. Meanwhile, Carmine goes to see Lauren.

Chelsea wakes up at Dylan’s after having spent the night there. She mentions that she hasn’t slept that well in ages. Before she leaves for work, they share a kiss goodbye. Chelsea confesses to Chloe that she is falling in love with Dylan. Devon grills Tyler about staying out with Lily, and getting her tipsy the night of her surprise birthday party. Later, Lily confronts Neil about the recent blog post. Neil explains that the hacker has twisted his words. Kevin traces the blogger’s location to the public computer at the GCAC. Dylan comes to pick up his last paycheck from Billy, and informs him that he bought Crimson Lights. Billy calls his buddy Ken and asks to be dealt into a game.

Michael tells Fen that he’s trying to work things out with Lauren. Meanwhile, Carmine sends Lauren chocolates. Later, Carmine tells Fen that he’s upset because a woman he’s been seeing has gone back to her ex. Devon questions Lily’s involvement with Tyler. Summer decides to attend GCU, and Noah can’t help but wonder if it has anything to do with Kyle. Later, Courtney takes Summer to get a prescription for birth control. Adam and Victor sign the paperwork to privatize Newman Enterprises. Avery sends a paralegal named Melanie over to finalize the paperwork.

Billy agrees to play cards with Ken, while at the same time, Victoria reminds him that they’re expected at Adam’s party. When she goes upstairs to tell the nanny that they’re leaving, Billy calls Ken to tell him that they’re going to have to pick up where they left off another night. Alex and Kevin continue their hunt for the blogger. Alex considers recommending Kevin for a job as a computer specialist once his community service is done. Adam invites Melanie to the party at Victor’s. Victor announces that Newman Enterprises is solely owned by their family. Nick makes an important announcement about his future with Avery.

Nick receives an envelope from the paternity lab. Meanwhile, Phyllis finds birth control pills in Summer’s purse. Phyllis urges her to really think before doing anything. Kyle confides in Jack that he’s growing more attached to Summer, and enjoys spending time with her. Nikki and Victor rent out a room at the club to celebrate Summer’s graduation. After the celebration is over and everyone is gone, Victor surprises Nikki with two tickets for their honeymoon. Later, Nick comes home from Summer’s graduation and rips open the envelope from the paternity lab. Michael and Lauren bring Fen home from graduation to celebrate with Kevin and Paul. Fen tries to act like he’s grateful when Michael and Lauren give him a car. Fen receives a text saying he isn’t invited to the graduation party because he’s a loser.
