A fun filler episode with Wolvie. Morph and the Weapon X gang. I wished the real Deadpool was included in this story too.
Cap and Black Widow! Now that's a 90s trio throwback comic book fans know.
Think this was a fitting way to honor magneto (at least for now) it forced Polaris and Charles to confront the memory of a man they both admired and fought at the same time. Polaris and all the danger room stuff was a lot of fun forcing the X-men to push each other to become better. We get hints at onslaught is coming with Charles embracing the idea of pushing people to their limits to help them grow. Possible villain for season 3?
Prooooobably the weakest episode from X-Men '97, but it doesn't mean it wasn't fun or good. I enjoyed it, but WHEW, the pacing on this one...! Plus, this one is toooooo "inside baseball" with original XTAS; but it's still fun. I just think we moved through important stuff so so fast especially with Wolverine. There's only 9 episodes and I'm a tad conerned after this episode, but I'm sure everything will end up okay!
You know if they stopped making X-Men/Marvel movies and only did animated series like this, I’d be really happy.

This episode was a little weird. I liked it, but it felt a little slow. But, that's okay! The cliffhanger was INCREDIBLE
