As disappointing as it was, it was one of the best standalone episodes of the show. In the context of the story and everything that has built up to this, I just wish I saw (literally) more in this episode and story.

The day Peter Dinklage secured his Emmy. An episode of fantastic acting.
“We do not kneel” gives me goosebumps. Mance Raydar was such a great character. Fantastic closing episode to my favorite season of the show.
I personally get more excited rewatching this episode than Battle of The Bastards. Both are excellent battle episodes.
This is a top 3 episode for me. The best episode of the best season with maybe my favorite scene in the show. I wish Oberyn had a bigger role in this story so we could see more of Pedro playing him.
I think I speak for many when I say this episode changed the way I watch television.
I think this is one of the best pieces of film in the world, but I don’t consider this the best episode of the show. I don’t think an entire episode needed to be built around this. I consider it a top 5 episode but I don’t know if I consider it top 3.
This is the best episode of television I’ve ever watched. The opening scene with Cersei, to establishing endings and beginnings for characters and storylines that we’ve been following for 6 seasons, was truly the peak of this television show. Phenomenal acting, dialogue, and music. What makes it so good to me is how good it was, even after directly following up to The Battle of The Bastards. Fantastic episode.
10/10 no creo ver algo igual en mi vida
FINALLY!!!!!!!
fav show of all time

One of my favorite episodes. It feels bold and even a bit strange to send so many main characters on a mission beyond the Wall. That is also why I do not give it a perfect 10. Putting so many key characters in danger at once feels a little forced, and at times it is hard to believe they would all make it through.
