CID comes across two murders of Ujjwal and Monica that are connected to each other. Both Ujjwal and Monica were linked to a dead businessman Deven who had died in a water accident some time ago. Cops feel somebody is taking revenge on Deven's behalf and suspect his caretaker Aditi and his ex-wife Rewa. CID zeroes on to Rewa and she is almost arrested. But they soon realize that the person behind these murders is somebody they never thought of.

A famous magician, Jovan, is performing in front of a live audience. He has to stay in a trunk inserted in water for a full 3 hours. He is put into the water when a spectator, Amit, challenges that the magician is cheating. Amit jumps into the water and opens the trunk - it is empty. But where is Jovan? CID is on the case and upon investigation, they find Amit's dead body and then find Jovan's dead body. Who killed these two men and what is the secret of the trunk?

CID gets an anonymous letter challenging them from stopping a murder. The time and the location of the murder are given in a code sent in the letter. CID solves the code and reaches the place but the murder has already happened. The taunting letters continue coming till CID finds a man who could possibly be the killer but the odds are not in their favour. Will CID find the killer?

At a party, a young girl, Neelam, starts perspiring and collapses on the floor and dies. CID team arrives and starts investigating and come to know that Neelam's boyfriend, Sanjay, had hired a detective to keep an eye on her. The residents do not know the girls and CID is made to believe that they have committed suicide by consuming drugs and jumping into the water tank until they find another dead body in a trash can with the same drug in her body and makes them believe that this a case of serial killings.
