The death of Denis raises awkward questions for Joe, but around Beckindale life goes on, with a surprise for Caroline - and an awful shock for Dolly.

Dolly tries to talk her way out of trouble, while Archie and Nick find the language barrier no problem in their pursuit of l'amour.

Dolly promises Ted she'll keep his secret in return for freedom - but will Dolly's promise be enough. Seth discovers that being a company director is hard work.

Dolly won't tell anyone what happened - but when Ted tries to contact her, the pressure mounts. Meanwhile, Rachel is growing up - a bit too fast for her mum's liking.

Dolly is upset by Matt's attitude to her ordeal, while Caroline tells Alan that as she wants to see less of him, he'll have to move in with her!

Two's company, three's a crowd, they say. Henry's would certainly agree and so would Nick, who decides to take drastic action when he discovers that Alan is planning to move back in with his mother.

Henry ponders his partnership with Amos.

Dolly is under suspicion from all sides - including Matt.

Amos is determined to be involved in Henry's retirement plans, while Henry is equally determined he won't be. Alan's hunger pains force him to do a desperate deal with Seth for a diet-busting meal.

It looks like Amos and Henry have come to the end of the road, while something more than friendship is on the cards for Pete and Rachel.

Tragedy strikes Beckindale when Jackie accidentally shoots himself while trying to hunt a fox and is killed instantly.

Seth makes a horrific discovery when he finds Jackie's dead car - and his dead body.

Jack is home from Italy, looking for someone to blame for his son's tragic death, before seeking solace in the arms of an old lover.

The tragedy of Jackie's death finally overwhelms Kathy as she goes to identify his body. Meanwhile, Archie is planning a party, but so are Amos and Henry - on the same day, and in the same place.

Alan and Caroline name the day and Pete and Rachel make a date but things don't go quite the way they plan.

Two surprises for the vicar today - including a full house! Henry is off to Italy to find out the truth while at the farm, Joe and Jack start to bicker.

Amos is looking to the pleasure of his own company - but a visit to his cellar reveals a plague of unwelcome guests!

It's decision time for Jack - Italy or England? Marian or Sarah?

A dream comes true for Seth, and Henry wonders what is keeping Marian in Italy while Jack checks up on Sarah.

Rachel's eighteenth birthday party marks the end of her childhood in more ways than one, while Amos catches a different sort of rat.

While Annie is pleased to see an unexpected guest; Amos fears that Beckindale's attracting visits of a rather more alien kind!

As Kathy braces herself for the inquest into Jackie's death; Joe is alarmed to find Mark out with a gun.

Henry is miffed to discover that Annie is dancing the night away, with another man, while the rest of the village decide it's time to take the law - and Home Farm - into their own hands!

Alan is caught with his trousers down, while Amos's strange investigations take him into the unknown!
