That was a SOLID epsidoe full of the right type of frustrations mixed with EXCELLENT writing & directing moments!! I think this show showed up! It's on the safe side, but I ended up liking it a LOT! They even set up not just a season 2 but potentially a whole new crime series we've all been needing for a while now

Dude, this show gets better with each episode! E pp isode 5–8 is some of the funnest TV I've seen in a hot minute! Plus, I'm really enjoying retroactively seeing actor/character choices that he wasn't initally fond of suddenly make sense because of a character revelation. I still don't think Joyce is a good journalist, frankly, but I love who she is as a person so much.
OOOOO!!!! I AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH LONGER EVERYONE IS ABLE TO KEEP THEIR LIES UP. Susi's cooked. Martin's cooked. Vikki done BEEN cooked. Mony gets scarier each episode.
Wait, hold on... Is this show in actuality... GOOD?! 🤔🤯 Every episode starts out as a 7 that ramps upto an 8 towards the end of the episode! But each episode is better than the rest! It was just a sticky start! I'm having FUN now!
So.... Didn't they get removed in the first episode? What gives? These dudesneed to watch a kids cartoon and LEARN A LESSON for once! GET THE DAMN PERMIT BEFORE, otherwise you repesttje same joke twice!! But I LOVED seeing Susi basically transform into Kash [with a K] and how Mony now likely sees Susi as a replacement sibling for Kash.
I like this but the mass exposition every few minutes does tend to throw ya. Plus, the directing is a bit on the weaker side for my personal taste; at least, with the characterizations. If this weren't set in Australis and did have Australian humor, I wouldn't dismissed this and gone lower. I want to like it! But it's got to give me a good reason to give it any higher
