After being attacked, Mr. Belt is stolen from Shinnosuke and kidnapped by the mysterious Roidmude 004. Heart speaks to the now despairing Go and Shinnosuke, explaining what happened between him and Banno, who he calls "the lowest of humans", in the past. Meanwhile, Chase is after the Tornado Roidmude, who has kidnapped Kiriko.

However, no trace of Heavy Acceleration has been found. A mysterious patient with no matching record has surfaced and she is identical to Medic, most likely being her copy model. Shinnosuke starts the investigation based on the Sho testimonies.

Meanwhile, Banno, now having succeeded in becoming Gold Drive, targets Medic again. The Promised Number is 4 Over Evolved Roidmudes. Counting Gold Drive, who already has the power of a Over Evolved Roidmude, if Medic Super Evolves, they will be complete. Banno goes into action to trigger her evolution.
