Paige is feeling humiliated after finding Tyler mid-tryst with a female customer at the garage. When a sheepish Tyler seeks out Paige to clear the air, Paige covers her humiliation and convinces Tyler that she had no intention of hooking up with him herself. But when Tyler discovers Paige’s true motives for returning to the garage, tensions between them boil over.

Terese arrives home from Canada to family chaos. She discovers that Brad has been suspended thanks to Clem, Ezra Hanley’s son. But she’s worried for the boy because it seems so out of character. She approaches Ezra, expressing her worries about Clem, but he fobs her off and claims she’s just trying to save her husband’s job.

Terese wants Susan to speak with Clem about Chloe but Susan thinks it is not her business… until Susan witnesses Clem tearing up his vintage cricket trading cards that Ezra bought him. Concerned, Susan calls Clem’s ex-school principal and learns that this isn’t the first time Clem has acted out. Susan probes and Clem lashes out at her, leaving Susan unsure what to do next.

Paige and Tyler are determined to make the automotive class a success, as a step towards their plan to “go legitimate” with the garage. Things go awry, however, when Naomi discovers that her handbag is covered in grease, and demands the garage pay for it. There goes any profit they may have made from the course today! And, to make matters worse, Joey Dimato turns up.

Naomi is furious to learn that Brennan has sought advice on dating her from Paul. She strings the pair along, enjoying the fun of exploiting their ignorance that she has tumbled to the arrangement, before telling them both off for it. Paul comes to apologise, confessing that he tried to match-make Naomi and Brennan because he believed him to be a more suitable partner for her than himself.

Following her passionate encounter with Tyler, Paige is conflicted. Tyler, meanwhile, confides in Nate that he’s hoping his relationship with Paige can go to the next level – he’s ready to commit to her. So later, when Paige admits she still has feelings for Brennan, Tyler covers his hurt, insisting he just wanted to stay friends anyway.

With Michelle applying the pressure, Paige and Tyler are desperate to recover the missing $6000. Despite Tyler’s scepticism, Paige can’t help fretting that someone has stolen the money. Climbing back down into the well, they find a clue that confirms Paige’s theory is in fact correct – just as a load of garbage is dumped on them.

Amber and Daniel are struggling in the wake of the baby news – but Josh is on cloud nine. While their parents’ attempt at a meeting ends in tension, Daniel, Amber and Josh are handling things more maturely, determined to find a way to make things work. Amber worries that Daniel could be hiding his true feelings.

Paige and Tyler are panicking with the news that Dimato’s standover guy will pick up the money they owe this afternoon. Desperate, they continue the hunt for the thief that stole Dimato’s money from the well. Paige discovers a clue that leads to Jayden Warley… but when that leads to a dead end, Tyler has to beg Dimato’s guy for more time to pay up.

Paige nurses Tyler with his injuries and Tyler is adamant: no doctors. But Tyler is struggling – the pain is intensifying and regular painkillers aren’t getting the job done. He rests in bed while Paige keeps Brennan off the scent and manages to spend some much sought-after time with him. But Tyler can’t cope with the pain, so sends Paige off in search of something stronger.

A mysterious stranger arrives in Ramsay Street – sexy, tomboyish Amy Williams – in search of Naomi Canning. Kyle directs her to the tree planting ceremony at Lassiters that afternoon. While killing time, Amy runs into Sonya, who is struggling to deal with a flat tyre. The two women bond over changing the tyre, and Sonya admits to a recent fight with Toadie over money.

In the highly emotional moments after Paul's long-lost daughter Amy shows up, she berates him, then spits on him and leaves. Paul, furious with Naomi for sending his letter, cancels their date and sits down for an unhappy trip down memory lane... while Amy is torn between anger and remorse over her actions.

Paul and Amy have a tense catch-up. Believing Paul has merely confirmed that he doesn’t care about her, an upset Amy vows to leave as soon as she’s finished doing the jobs she agreed to at Sonya’s place. Paul admits to Daniel that the real reason he didn’t look for Amy was that he didn’t want to ruin her life. Without him messing things up, she had a chance at happiness.

Terese is at first puzzled then worried when Lauren tells her Robin no longer has any need of her help with the Lassiters re-brand. Determined to get to the bottom of it, Terese discovers Brad’s involvement and confronts him. Brad argues he was simply looking out for Lauren, honouring the promise he made to Matt. Terese counter-argues that she was simply trying to help Lauren.

Karl’s got his nose out of joint, believing Susan is trying to muscle in on his territory as everyone’s favourite bartender. Sheila, meanwhile, is also feeling somewhat threatened after Nate revs her up about Susan being the competition. Sheila marches over to Off Air and tells Susan there’s no way she’ll ever make it as a bartender, because she’s not in touch with the common man.

Having worked behind the scenes, Terese has managed to repair the working relationship between Lauren and Robin and now it’s full steam ahead. Embarrassed by Brad’s interference and with Robin in Harold’s, Lauren asks Brad to get his coffee somewhere else. Robin is confident they have a winning design for the Lassiter’s rebranding. For her part, Lauren is not so sure.

Daniel tells Paul he visited Amy to convince her to come back. But Paul insists it’s pointless, assuming their relationship is irreversibly damaged. Daniel tells him if he sends her away, Paul will regret it forever. Amy reconnects with Sonya before informing Naomi that she is giving Paul one last chance. The meeting is almost derailed when Amy and Paul realise Daniel lied to them.

Imogen’s suspicious when Joshua talks up his newfound job success in front of Amber. When she confronts him, he confesses that it’s not going as well as he was making out, and tries to recruit her to sell supplements too. Smelling a rat, Imogen asks Brennan to look into the company for her, convinced the company Josh is selling for is up to something dodgy.

Nate’s anxious about his impending date with Brett, and Toadie and Kyle’s well-meaning attempts to support him do little to alleviate his nerves. As soon as Brett arrives at Off Air, Nate relaxes, realising he had nothing to worry about. However, when Alistair wanders in moments later, and clocks Nate, he’s suddenly on edge.

When Toadie and Sonya witness Amy’s drive and immense efficiency first hand, they are clearly impressed but also a little intimidated. But when they discover a ‘to do list’ that Amy’s written, it’s clear why she’s so on ball – she’s juggling a precarious financial state and needs to be super organised to stay on top of things. In contrast, Amy is less than impressed with her new boss.

When the Dimato investigation is shelved due to a drop off in crime in the area, Brennan is left frustrated. Wanting to keep the case alive, he asks Tyler if he can convince his boss, Stubbsy, to set up a security camera at the garage to watch the comings and goings at Grease Monkey’s. Having invented ‘Stubbsy’ to cover Dimato’s ownership of the garage, Tyler panics, going to Paige.

Brennan explains to Tyler that he called their middle brother, Aaron, to Erinsborough to see if he could help cheer Tyler up, though he never imagined in a million years they’d find Aaron working as an exotic dancer at The Waterhole. Tyler thinks it’s hilarious but Brennan doesn’t see the funny side, more annoyed that Aaron changed his career and never mentioned it.

When Tyler realises that Aaron is single and open to meeting someone new, he concocts a plan to help his brother, and himself. He decides to set up Aaron and Nate, thinking this will make Nate forgive him for stealing Karl’s prescription pad. But the set-up starts rocky and quickly goes downhill when Nate and Aaron have completely opposite views on almost everything.

Meanwhile, Imogen’s worried Josh is getting in over his head financially, when he comes home with a new box of ‘supplements’. Her worry soon turns into suspicion when Josh dissuades Amber from joining his sales team, and then finds out he wouldn’t sell Kyle the ‘more expensive’ supplements. Taking matters into her own hands, she decides to do some snooping – in Josh’s supplements bag.
