It was weird at first, but then it got good. And I’m glad as hell it got better. Still not the best show in the world but I was pretty entertained.
The Vampire Lestat reviews

Ok in the end, I was entertained. What I’m putting together now is that the music sucked in the beginning on purpose. The ending was a little confusing. But I think I was a little confused for most of this season. If Lestat and Louis both ended up dying, or one or the other, I think I would kinda be ok with that. If this is the end then it was an alright ending. But I can kinda tell they left it up in the air.
The song at the end of the episode was great. And after all these years I still think the original actress for Claudia was better. Also are we gonna see more Akasha?
I really don’t like the Armand character. Last season and this season.
This episode was a lot better than the first two. Also I think I it’s kinda funny that Louis kinda steals the show in every scene he’s in (imo). And also surprisingly the songs are actually kinda good in this episode.

I’m still confused with this show’s pacing. On the bright side, the only interesting thing about this episode was Lestat and his mom killing their family. Also I hate how much the music in this show sucks.
I don’t know if I understand what’s going on. So Lestat is in a band to tell his side of the story. And we’re just listening to a narration of his life from 2025 onward. Right? Idk. I feel like the cool vampire stuff is the only thing that has me still watching the show. Also I feel like it’s been so long since I’ve seen season 2 that I don’t remember a lot of references.
uhm, writing was awful and they skipped over my toxic devils minion that i waited 2 years for thanks. but the music was amazing and lestats actor was fucking terrific, carried the whole thing
