The Furious2026
Simple plot but the action sequences were amazing. The fight choreography was awesome! They perfectly put the "art" in Martial Arts.

I don't know anything about the videogame which it was based on but this adaptation was an unsettling yet engaging psychological horror story. It manages to maximize the limited singular setting with some good surprises and thrills. That is if you have the patience to go through the derivative and quite slow pace at certain points.
A marvelous thrill ride! Spectacular action and special effects. A different kind of superhero team in the MCU. Love that they weren't afraid to reference and mention DC characters in a Marvel movie. 😂 Can't help but chuckle every time Rob Stark and John Snow say Sersi's name. Plus Angelina Jolie is as badass and gorgeous as ever. 😍😍😍 Can't wait for the next installment.
Very mediocre. Kids will probably enjoy it but for the general audience, it lacks the fun, thrills and humor a space adventure based on a videogame needs.
A campy, dumb softcore erotica. It has cheesy special effects, silly plot, beautiful girls and a whole lot of T&As (of different types, shapes and sizes) - everything you want in a B movie of this genre. Enjoyable if you know what you're getting into.
This was a typical samurai-helps-a-town story yet the way it was executed, with well-choreographed action sequences and a great performance from Takeshi Kitano, make it a fun and entertaining watch. It has some hilarious scenes and some dark and emotional moments as well. I just wanted more action with Zatoichi and the bodyguard. Although I still liked the quick sword fight.
The idea of Death becoming a person and experiencing things for the first time is an excellent concept. The runtime is 3 hours but if you have the patience, the story unfolds interestingly good and will linger in your head long after the credits roll. Anthony Hopkins and Brad Pitt were amazing.
A good example of a Mission: Impossible movie if it was directed by Guy Ritchie. It's a typical action thriller but the 3 leads make it work. The action scenes were not overblown and were good. I wanted a hand-hand combat sequence though. I would love to see a sequel just to see the relationship and characters of Sid, Bronco and Rachel get explored more.
The whole cast is back in top form in this worthy legacy sequel. It retains the charms and quirkiness of the original while expanding the story. It was also good to see Miranda have a little more warmth beneath her signature fierceness.
I haven't seen the original Korean movie yet pero for a Filipino found footage horror, this was quite good. I liked that Enrique, Jane and the rest of the cast are playing themselves. That was a nice touch. For the horror, okay naman. May mga effective jump scares and a creepy ng setting. Nagustuhan ko to.
The concept has been done in various forms before but the execution, script and performances here are all great. Darkly funny and disturbing. A modern horror classic.
Never heard of this film before. A hidden gem for me. Smartly written and directed with a stellar ensemble cast. A tale showing how bad decisions and wrong timing can lead to horrible and darkly comedic outcomes. It's also refreshing to see Rachael Leigh Cook in a bad girl role. Love her.
