I enjoyed the first movie better with its more intimate setting but this was still a fun follow up. It offers more gore and splatter. There were some plot holes when it comes to being realistic yet genre fans would still have a lot to like.
The idea was great and it has an excellent performance from Lupita Nyong'o yet it didn't wow me. It was was weird and confusing and lacked a bit more explanaation regarding the tethered. The inroduction of the doppelganger family was creepy and nicely done though. Entertaining enough but I wanted more.
The premise was really good and highly interesting and the young cast was impressive. This was one of my favorites in the 90s and it was great to revisit it.
Saw this years ago and totally forgot about it. Great to see a young Jake and a young Jared together in a movie. A stoner road trip movie with interesting characters and good performances. Nothing too special but it was never boring.
A good cast was wasted in this unfunny and unfamily friendly family movie. I laughed maybe once. The rest were all groans.
A fun adventure movie with a lot of thrills. It's a fresh take on the dinosaur genre. Catwoman and Obi-Wan running from giant reptiles - cool popcorn entertainment.
Die Hard on a ship like Undersiege with Jason Statham's macho charisma. The fight scenes are brutal and fast. I liked that the script and the execution feels like a 90s action flick.
One of the best writers of my favorite Marvel team.
Good to see a live concert and the behind the scenes of the production amidst the covid 19 pandemic. I liked the venue of the Beverly Hilton rooftop.
A decent origin story for Doctor Strange. The animation style though wasn't that good.
Watching it now, I kinda appreciated that it used new characters the initial movie then introduced the familiar names from the source material in the sequels. This and the second one are my favorites. Enjoyed the action and thrills. Re-watching the whole franchise now that the new reboot is out.
Great performances from the two leads but the story and execution is quite disjointed and not that engaging.
