Jumper2020
For a 3 minute short film, it builds up the thrills and suspense well. The ending was just okay but a funny explanation of the title.

They actually showed a dick in a youtube video. 😆 Average horror short. Cinematography was good though.
While entertaining enough with it leaning more into action thrills, it fails in comparison to Train to Busan. It relied too much on CGI and felt like a Hollywood sequel. Good as a standalone zombie flick but quite disappointing for a sequel to one of the best movies in the genre.
While the story was interesting and most of the animation was good, it had weak character development. I never liked the protagonist and his back story was not fleshed out well. I also didn't like the rock-like design of Godzilla. It made him look boring. Action sequences were decent but still lacking more thrills. I was a liitle disappointed with this.
While it was fun seeing Hackman and Streisand in a movie together, the story and characters were not executed well enough to be understood. I get that they're in loveless marriages and the guy is having a midlife crisis but the marital infidelities were not fully "justified". It had potential to be great. Worth the watch just for the two leads.
Living up to is title with a lot of Dragon action and scenes. Sunfyre is alive?! Looks like a zombie dragon!
While Train to Busan is full of non-stop thrills mixed with heart-wrenching emotional scenes, this prequel takes a different approach with a good social commentary and drama. I liked it. The animation was unique for me as it's different from the usual mainstream style or anime. The plot twist was commendable and the zombie action buzz was good (although not as great as TTB's).
Danger from the Astonishing X-Men story arc, the costumes from Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely's era - I kinda liked that they are mixing different aspects of the comics for the fans. And as expected, Gambit's back as one of Apocalypse's Horsemen! Alright!
One of the best zombie movies out there! It's full of exhilirating scary, thrill sequences all of which were excellently executed. It's also packed with emotional moments that would probably make you cry. Scary and heartbreaking. You don't usually get that together in this genre. Asian horror cinema is alive thanks to innovative films like this.
The most grounded MCU Spider-Man story yet. I still liked No Way Home a little bit more but this one was a fun and emotional Superhero movie with spectacular action sequences. I love the POV style mixed in one of the New York swinging scenes. I'm excited about the MCU X-Men (my favorite Marvel team ever) more seeing that Sadie Sink is already introduced as Jean Grey.
A cool and action-packed short that celebrates the 15th year anniversary of the original The Hire series of films. Clive Owen returns as the slick driver and he is joined by a stellar cast. This felt and looked like a full-feature length movie. The action sequences were blockbuster material. I enjoyed this.
