CID are investigating the case of a ticket window where two people die after taking a ticket from the counter. Meanwhile, CID Special Bureau set out to punish the criminals that have been convicted but not yet punished.

Sudhakar is taken to the hospital due to his critical condition after he smelled a capsule containing poisonous gas. Forensics also reveal that the two victims also died after inhaling the capsule. What does the capsule contain?

A TV actor is killed while swimming at the sunrise hotel. Meanwhile, another actor has been killed. The clues lead the team of CID to the security guard who is in a critical condition.

The security guard has been tied up and CID finds a shoe mark at the site that will lead them to the killer.

Tanuj is a multi-millionaire and is found dead. Upon investigation, it is revealed that someone else has disguised himself as Tanuj and taken over the company. Forensics reveal that both the DNA's match.

CID is not convinced with the identity of Tanuj and Rupali is also killed. CID is in a fix.

ACP Pradyuman's car is found stranded at a spot. Upon investigation, there is blood found inside it and a girl is dead. ACP is the suspect of the murder. Is he the culprit or has someone framed him?

ACP's son Nakul kidnaps him but ACP manages to escape and brings him to the bureau. His son pleads not guilty but ACP does not listen. Who is the real culprit if not Nakul?

CID suspect that when the motorcycle collided against the auto the knee of the rider got rammed against the headlight with considerable damage and bleeding.

ACP shot 3 bullets in Nakul causing severe injuries but he again manages to escape. A party takes a dramatic turn when during a game one of the friends gets killed. The parents return just then to find all the jewels in his locker missing.

There is a terrible twist in the proceedings. The ambulance carrying the two bodies does not reach the forensic department. It is found abandoned on the highway with the ward boys killed.

Continuing from Bullet .11mm: Part 2 (2005), RJ Sagarika's murder investigations get a sensational twist when Daksh shoots down Inspector Arjun and is unable to prove his innocence. The killer strikes again and witness no.4 too gets shot and killed.

Within a week there are two identical murders. The body is cut open and then expertly stitched back for no apparent reason as neither the heart, kidneys or liver have been removed from it. What could be the motive?

CID continue to investigate based on 2 clues given by forensics. The stitching up job seems to have been the handiwork of an expert and secondly all of them were brain dead first and its DNA was different from that of the rest of the body.

CID are called for investigating the mysterious deaths of two men. Their respective wives inform them that their death was predicted by a Baba. The Baba is called for interrogation who predicts that one of the cops is going to die soon.

As the investigation continues, Daya gets shot but is able to survive with some injuries. CID later realize that this was the work of the fortune teller who is a fraud but denies anything to do with the murders. Who is behind the murders?
