A man seeks help of someone travelling from Jodhpur to Mumbai, by sending a bag full of rice grains to the office of CID. Once team realizes that these rice grains have a cryptic message on them. This clue leads the team to Jodhpur.

The team finds out that a group of some outsiders are responsible for the smuggling of Uranium and also the Judge's daughter is involved in the racket. On further investigation, the team then reaches Jaisalmer from Jodhpur.

In hot pursuit of uranium, CID reach Jodhpur and continue their investigation. A key is retrieved and all they can make out of it is that it has some connection with a haveli in Jaisalmer.

Daya is held responsible for a colleague's death in the bureau, while the CID team investigates a taxi driver's death near Mansa lake, where a film unit is shooting. They find dead bodies of girls.

Abhijeet conducts the hunt of the hero only to find him dead too. Since the death of these girls took place 2 days ago and the film unit had started shooting 5 days ago, CID are convinced that the culprit is someone from the unit.

The CID investigate a play accident involving an actor who was accidentally stabbed by an actress, discovering that the cause was not a stab, but a different factor.

The CID are taken aback to know that a lot of people had reasons why they would want the actor dead. They all had various opportunities and means to take the actor's life.

ACP receives a tip that one of his team members is planning to take on another member. He conducts a search of their houses to avert the eventuality. Later, Abhijeet Sawant, the winner of Indian Idol 1 is charged with the murder a girl.

CID team learns of other possibilities involved in the girl's murder. The doctor and the girl's father, both are now suspects. Meanwhile, Abhijeet manages to trace Daya's bike with clear signs that he was in an accident.

Abhijeet investigates Daya and Daksh. Two dead bodies turn up one by one, both belonging to a man called Colonel Banjara. Who are these two Colonel Banjaras? What could be the reason behind Daksh's odd behavior?

The CID discover Colonel Banjara's body with 11-digit numbers on his arm, linked to Daksh's account. ACP Pradyuman gets very angry and asks Daksh, who later seen to be meeting a dubious character. Meanwhile, Daya is found with lost speech.

Someone is going around kidnapping women from a set of a TV series. The bodies of these women soon turn up, half eaten. With no idea who's behind this atrocity, CID send one of their officers undercover to find out who this man-eater is.

While undercover, Aditi begins searching the set suspecting the cameraman. However, she is shocked to find boxes filled with ice, and the body parts of the missing women, in the director's room, but it's too late as the director finds her.

Subbu calls people imitating celebrities' voices and robs them. Meanwhile, a mad criminal Bandora sends a letter to CID that a bomb will explode every 4 hours if he's not paid 5 crore rupees. Episode continues to Mad Bomber: Part 1 (2005).

Continuing from Mad Bomber: Part 2 (2005), The bombs are now going to go off even if the CID pay the 5 crores, since Bandora won't be able to tell his men to deactivate them. CID begin to search for the bombs, with some help from Subbu.

Abhijeet is accused of destroying evidence from a murder case to save his friend a film star. The case is given to the CID Special Bureau to solve. Is Abhijeet innocent? Episode continues to Anokha Intequam: Part 2 (2005).
