I’m not sure how I feel about this episode… Yes, this episode gave us an intriguing opening scene with Hal & Sinestro (who is much more intellectual than I remember from other portrayals) & a father-son relationship that I’m sure will be explored more toward the end of the season, but it didn't do it for me. We found out that Zoe is a Manhunter, John & Hal aren't as contentious with each other as they were in the pilot, the ring itself is being featured more heavily, and the series is starting to set up the omega level threat for the overall DC Universe, but hopefully next week will be better.

Aumenta el drama justo cuando Hal y John parecían empezar a llevarse bien y los juegos chuecos de los Guardianes los vuelven a poner uno contra el otro. John tiene más aliados pero Hal tiene el anillo. Hay un gran misterio porque todo apunta a que Hal es un gran obstáculo. Mi sospecha es que la reclutadora de los Guardianes en realidad no lo es y busca deshacerse de Hal por medio de John.

Me encantó conocer a John, aunque a muchos no les gustó, a mí me pareció de lo más interesante. Y creo que está puesto al propósito el que parezca que fue hecho para no tener miedo cuando la proeza de un Linterna Verde es vencer el miedo. Creo que a lo largo de la serie John conocerá el miedo.
