Common questions

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel Pretzel Member from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. To restore a purchase, open the Pretzel Member screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases.

Importing your history

Import from Letterboxd or Serializd from Settings in the app.

Deleting your account

Open Settings → Account Security → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and content. You can also request deletion by email.
