Season 2 raises the stakes across the board after season 1. The first two episodes are just a bit slow though not unexpected, but from episode three on it’s virtually a non-stop thrill ride through to the end. Aya Cash as Stormfront is the perfect addition to the show.
One of the most iconic episodes of the series. Driving a boat through a whale. The Stormfront reveal. The tension between Huey and Butcher. The exposing of Compound V. This episode is simply chef’s kiss.
Yani basically told us from the jump he was a lil bitch boy… we just didn’t want to believe him.
A strange but ultimately endearing and engrossing film. Bale delivers as always and Jessie Buckley is quickly establishing herself as one of the best actresses of the generation.
A reflection of grief through the lense of a dog. Indy may be the greatest canine actor of all-time.
A disaster movie that focuses far more on the rapid breakdown of civilization in the wake of our demise and it doesn’t shy away from its ugliness.
The Boys season 5 opens with a bang as our favorite crew finds themselves separated and in dire straits.
Original for a zombie movie but original doesn’t necessarily equate to good. Ridley and Thwaites both delivered strong performances but the story was just lacking.
